Hello all, Im new here. Im in upstate NY. I picked up a 1981 C10 6cly 2wd
3 speed on the colum, short bed reguler body. This truck has just over 50,000 original miles. Body is real nice, a little surface rust, no dings or dents. The inside is mint. The truck is all original. I got it from a old farmer who gace up driving due to his age. And no, I did not take advantage. Im not sure why I bought this. But, Id like to find out if theres any real value or a market for it.
I'll tell ya, this puppy runs so smooth, you can even hear it running. Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't go by kbb for our trucks, it really depends on if its what someone wants and what they're willing to pay for it. I have seen people on ebay trying to get $30k for a "mint condition" 25 year old truck:rolleyes:. Look around your area for similar trucks to compare it to. Plenty of people like lowered shortbeds, although I don't think the I6 as desirable as a V8. If rust is an issue in your area, then a rust free truck might look pretty good.
