valve settings

I have, I believe to be a 64 250 motor, and i just took off the head to tap out some exaust manafold bolt from the previous owner, what is the correct valve setting on my engine?
I have been told : 17 and 19, 12 and 17 and even 6 and 18...
i have no idea.

well it looks like there not even close here is the valve lash out of the shop manual
