Valves Sticking

    I own a truck that has a 230 engine in it. I think but am not sure that the valves are sticking in it. How can I tell if they are sticking or not? If they are sticking how can I fix the problem without a lot of extensive work? I would appreciate any help, thanks.:)

    I would think the easiest way to check them would be pull the valve cover off while the motors running. I'm not sure what else you could do for them other than recondition the guides, or putting some oil down the guide of the one that's sticking.
