Vent windows

    Was 52 the first year of the vent windows in the doors?

    1951 was the 1st year for vent windows.

    51 was the first year of the vent windows, last year for the turn down handles. Makes them a 1 year only door.

    One of a kind doors for sure! Here's a good example of the one of a kind '51.

    BTW, Nate has a part of this truck and so does Larry's 48 and of all people, Zig:D Zig, you don't really think that I sent you a GMC oil bath air cleaner, do ya?:D

    Is that a 58' chevy wagon in the background? Sweet, haven't seen one of those in a while. I almost bought a 58' biscayne last month.

    Yes, that's more of my treasured trash;) It's got a good 283 in it that I plan to rebuild one of these days.

    Just freshen it up and slap in new cam & lifters , feel the power......:rolleyes:
