wanted 454 engine

i am looking for a 454 engine so i can put it in my 1966 chevy shortbed fleetside any thing will help

I have a suburban for sale that has a 454 with 4 barrel carb for sale. It is listed in the for sale section. Brian

how much is the suburban that you are selling

I am asking $750. The suburban runs very good. It has 113,000 original miles on it. My father-in law owned before me and was very maticules with maintenance. Since I've owned it I used it sparingly for the first two years, I have driven it every day now foe the last year, but oil changes none the less every 3 to 4 thousand miles. I've replaced the waterpump before it went out. (sqeeks and a little play in the bearing) the power steering lines are new. New plugs,wire,rotor, and cap installed at this oil change. Less than 100 miles ago. It has the 454, 4 barrel carb. 400 turbo tranny. The motor and tranny is strong. But the body is rusting away. New front fenders. New back glass in the tailgate.

I am thinking of selling my 454 thts is still sitting on the stand. Not sure yet but may go with a 396 instead. I am in Iraq right now and due back in less than 60 days. Whar part of the state you in? I am in Ga. I am new to this forum so I have not learned how to attach files as of yet. You can hit me up at [email protected] for. Ok I think I figured it out, here you go, pictures. I also have the pulley to go with this. This motor come with everything except carb and breather.

I have a a 454 engine out of a 1974 Blazer, is a 240 hp version, i am asking $350.00 for, the catch is i am in El Salvador, includes intake manifold, carburator and exhaust manifolds, damper and pulleys. I do not know how much it will cost to ship to the states.
