I have a 56 vhevy 3100 and its almost complete just a few minor things to finish up but i would like to paint some interior pieces and i know the process, primer, paint, wetsand, clear but i was wondering if anyone had tips on the wet sanding process like what grip sandpaper to use and such. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You want to use 1200, 1500, or 2000 grit paper. Then use a rubbing compound to remove the fine scratches then buff with a finish polishing compound. 3M makes all the above products. Talk to a paint store counter guy for the right stuff.
    Good Luck
