I'm restomodding a '57 short box stepside. I've done a volare clip and mounted a 350, 700R4, and an 8.8 rearend from a 98 Ranger. The 8.8 has all the emergency brake cables up to the cab. It'll run nicely along the outside of the frame on the driver's side. I'm wondering what my options are for a park brake. I should mention I'm going with a bench seat so in between the buckets isn't an option. I was thinking about putting a floor mount on the floor beside the seat but I'm not sure about room. Haven't got a seat yet. What have others done?
