Digging under the seat of my donor/next project '54 truck I found almost all of the pieces to the parking brake assembly. I also found sundry other things but this seems to fit real well on the parking brake lever and I think resembles an "anti-rattle bracket" that I thought I saw on Ebay a while ago. However I can't see how it would work and didn't see it in the assembly manual or the service manual. Can anybody help with identification and instruction?

    Thanks, Josh
