Wheel sizing/backspacing

I have a 1970 C10 longbed that I would like to put some 18"-20" rims on. Anyone have any ideas as to what the ideal backspacing and wheel width should be front and rear? The truck will be lowered around 3" front and 4" rear... give or take. (airbags on all corners)
