    Hey Ya'll
I'm back working on my 1 ton panel and while I'm digging into it I discovered that I need new shackels with all the fittings, on the left front and new bolts for both sides holding the front leaf springs to the frame in the back! I'll probably need some stuff for the rear leaf springs also, but I haven't gotten to that yet! I should probably tell Ya'll that it sits on 1/2 ton axles, but the springs are still 1 ton!

Hope someone here can give me some pointers!

There is a company in Georgia "Obsolete Chevy Parts" that has many more of the little Mechanical parts for the drive train. A good welding shop or Spring Shop could help even fabricate shackles and springs. Try the shop in Georgia, when I can't find what I need with our sponsor I check him.....

You might try a search on this forum and if no luck try a search on the Stovebolt forum. They have a section called "Big Bolts" that is just for 1 ton and bigger trucks.

Sorry for not explaining good enough! The shackles themselves are okay, what I need is the bolts, that goes through the shackles and through the frame in the top and through the spring in the bottom.
They are getable for the 3/4 ton, but I don't know if they'll fit the 1 ton springs and frame!
