Remy Delco Alternator spesifications; Number 110020 66 amp. 3K17 12V / ING Wiring neg.ground Color Blue and Black together in one contact on right side top Red and Blue connected on the back side screw.
AC/DELCO has a web site and i believe there is a link for international locations that may help you Bobby
Rock Auto (www.rockauto.com) sells each individual part. If it's working then you probably just need the bearings but a brush kit is so cheap I'd put new ones in. We used to call them front and rear bearings but since they have turned the engine cross-wise in so many cars they now call them "drive end" and "comutator end" bearings. ebay has comeplete rebuild kits for around $35.
Help in finding EBAY link Good day Evan I contaced Rock auto yesterday and they did not have the reapair kit in stock. Could you be so kind to help to find the following parts link on Ebay? I would apreceate that very much. Sinc. Martinius.
I typed in "alternator rebuild kit" on ebay and came up with 33 listings. One of the better priced ones was for $35.95 and was a genuine Delco kit. ebay #230507106591. It's for the older type alternator but the bearings are the same and probably most of the other parts also. You will have to find the model designation of yours, whether it's internal or external regulator, and what out put you need. The one listed above is 70 amps which is plenty for anything that isn't loaded with accessories or has window de-foggers. You can buy a rebuilt alternator from Auto Zone for $45 (lifetime warranty) part # DL7127M or a 1 year warranty one for $30 part #7127. Bearings are $9.50 for the front #203FF and $6 for the rear Part # MNJ471S.
Great help Thanks guys. This whas a great help to get, spesially Evan thank you. I will contact autozone and buy the new one. Have a nice day to you all Martinius,
Alternator / Generator Drive End Bearings FWIW ; the # 203FF is a fully sealed bearing that'll never need oiling , it fits 99 % of the alternators & generators you'll ever see too . I used to stock them until this new crop of ' mechanics ' was hired - they can't fix anything ! they just change parts .
