Got a 40 Packard in to replace factory steering box with a Vega one (works PERFECT) and I immediately noticed how easy it was to get in and out of the car. The front of the door slants forward at the bottom to give as much room as a pickup. On most cars there is about a 6" gap from seat to door pillar and since ones ankle doesn't rotate like a neck I about have to call a surgeon to extricate me. Note the space and the angle on the door.
Were there other options available.. wingtips, saddle shoes, loafers? Just messing with you..cool ride
