I put in electric wipers in my '49, but the left one (of course!) only went about half way up. The motor burt out so I got a new one from Classic Parts, got it put in and it does the same thing. Now I'm wondering if the transmission arm on the left side might be bad. Any ideas? Thanx
You can loosen the mounting bolts and turn the motor to help with wiper alignment. Also make shure that you have the arms hooked up right.
