Wiring harness

    What side of the truck does the wiring harness go from front to back?

    Thanks. I think once I get into it it will be self explanatory. Nothing said about it in the harness instructions.

    There's a nice assembly manual you can buy for $30 or so, it shows the *exact* location of every part, wire, nut and screw .

    Remember : buy a new rubber grommet where the harness goes through the firewall ! the only time you can install it is when the harness is out .

    *VERY* important .

    Starter harness exits at the left of the VR and runs across the firewall and down to the starter. Main harness exits the fuse box and down the firewall and rearward down the frame on the drives side as Nate said. The assembly manual even shows the location of the clips.
