I have a '66 Fleetwood with an old worn front shock. The upper bolt hole in the frame has been worn larger and is oval from the loose bolt moving around. What are my options to either repair or reduce the difference in bolt and hole size?

One option would be to weld the hole up and redrill it. I suppose you could always find a bushing to put in there that is of similar size.

Do you think a muffler shop would do the welding for me? I wouldn't mind just using a bushing, if I could find one that works. Any ideas on where to begin a search?

I imagine a muffler or machine shop would do the welding for you. The only problem I would see with a bushing is that if the hole is much larger than the bolt and a weird shape you may have trouble finding something to fit it correctly.
