1954 Chevy truck side mounted wheel carrier

I have a side mounted wheel carrier on my 54 Chevy truck. I had the truck in the shop to be repainted and the shop misplaced the left upper corner bed support bracket. Bracket #3703579 Does anyone know where I might find this bracket. Any information will help. Thanks
