Did you see what that 58 Cameo brought? $140,000
The 58 Apache brought $80,000, I would have sold him mine for only $40,000. Wonder if he needs another one?
The Cameo is going to Tokyo, you would think someone in the USA would have bought it. Personally, I didn't have an extra $140,000 laying around.
It does make you feel good knowing the trucks brought some good money.
I have a 1980 Toyota 4x4 that I bought new, wonder if that guy in Tokyo might want to talk...................probably not.

That was an interesting show, prices far to high for the regular folks.

    Auction Foolishness

I was waiting to hear the results , I guess folks went kinda crazy as these were mostly just old vehicles in poor shape .

I'd love to see a photographic auction results message / catalog whatever .

    Cameo

The roof where the Cameo was stored collapsed and caused the dent and a broken windshield.

interesting to see,it had painted headlight rings along with the chrome bumper and grill,
i always wondered if that was an option to have the front end all in chrome or painted?
way Cool truck!what an amazing price it went for, and it's going over sea's to Japan!

    Wow

Many of those prices are absurd .

I see one person bought a large percentage of vehicles .

BTW : if ahyone was there and saw the 1950 Chevrolet four door sedan parked right in front of the dealer , that was Charlie from Hotazona , a buddy of mine . he went and has a terrific time , met new freinds and marveled at the wild prices .
