    Rear axle swap 1983 to 1977

    I have a 1983 fleetside and would like to swap rear ends with my 1977 stepside. Any advice?

    86 c20 towing

    One thing I would look into is the advance curve on the distributor. I recurved mine and added an Accel Super Coil and modual. It really woke up...
