It was then time to finish up inside the engine compartment and put the doors and front fenders on.
After the cab is reinstalled on the frame, the bed comes together.
The frame is now ready for the body.
With new rocker panels, laft floor, right half floor, new rear lower corners and a new roof, the cab gets the paint.
New bed wood - Oak and 12 coats of marine grade polyurethane. The SS strips make it stand out.
When I started, there was quite a bit of "cancer" all over. The bed sides and front panel were the only rust free pieces of sheet metal.
