Were there any fender fitment issues when you went to the 55 cab? Did the 59 fenders fit the cab and do both cabs use the same mounting points? I really like the big back window, and there are some 59 cabs available, but I suspect I could get a better deal if I could look for a wider range...

I always try to use a 180 thermostat for the 350's I have built in the past.

I did the same thing with a March system. Considering that I plan to use this truck as a daily driver, I probably should have looked at the less shinny versions. I have a lot of chrome and billet aluminum to keep clean now.

Tell me more about the Toyota Kit. I was planning a Mustang II IFS with power steering, but I might be swayed to retain the old straight axle if this Toyota Kit will give me Power Steering on a straight axle.

I suspected poor grounding but really did not know how to fix that issue. Should I just add a wire to connect the black wire on each light directly to the chassis?
