    84 won't stay started

    replaced the fuel pump, worked fine till I had to replace the battery and starter selanoid. Always something.

    windsheild wipers won't stop!

    I have an '84 silverado that the wipers just started not turning off. I'm not sure if it is in the turn signal control or somewhere else? Any ideas?

    I was thinking fuel pump,for it just dying. The fuel filter was old and dirty. What do you mean by pulling up on the shifter? as in jiggling it...
