    No problem karl ...im glad to help .... i had a 86 mazda before i bought my 71 chevy .... it always had squealy belts until i learned that...

    get your engine warm ....after that take an ordinary candle and rub it on the bottom side of one of your belt ..... id do one at a time to...

    i have stock manilfolds dual straight pipe glasspacks on my 71 350 ....nice and loud .....im sure it wakes the neighbors early in the morning...

    i dont man ..... personally i'd never pay 60 bucks for a pcv valve ...no matter what it claims to do ...but i also don't believe in fuel and oil...

    Engine timing

    just a thought ...you remembered to unplug the vaccum advance hose when setting timing right ??... i've forgotten that before hope this helps
