    1968 c30 brakes

    Ok.....I have a 1968 c30 that has been sitting for about 7 years. The brake are locked up (the wheels will not turn.) I know I need to back off...

    My dad just gave me a 1968 c30. When I released the parking brake it seems like the brakes did not move (the brakes are still on) could this truck...
