    Well I just found out I don’t have the original engine on my 54 Chevy 3100 series looks like I have a 58-62 engine 235 now is it worth rebuilding...

    Thanks for the info I was about to begin installing the gaskets. So that means that is not the original engine on my 1954 Chevy 3100 series
