if thats a 2.8 v6 the trans wont bolt up to a 350.if its a 4.3 it will but may not handle the power.

i used the 67 master cylinder,plugged the the tee on the front crossmember and ran a new line and hooked it to the rear line.
you need to put that 454 into the 62.
