if i was gonna go through the trouble of drilling a small hole first i believe id just grab a bigger bit and go ahead and drill the whole thing...
just remember to start at the farthest from the master cylinder and work your way toward it. RR,LR,RF,LF. thats how i have always been told to do...

ok ive done all i can think to do, new master cylinder, new brake shoes, new wheel cylinders, new hardware kit and springs and adjusted them out...
