Yes it would work. The logo? I would have to see what your talking about. If its a decal, you should be able to peel it off.
If Classic parts doesnt have one try LMC Truck, American Classic, Brothers truck parts, GMC Pauls. Or you can try Summit racing, Or Jegs.
If its 4x4 it will have a solid axle in the front. From the pics you posted it doesnt look like it.

The trans is a sm420 or sm465, 4 on the floor. I have a sm420 and love it!!
