I aquired 2 gearboxes, they are at a friend's shop and he is going to inspect them this morning. Hopefully, Wednesday I will be swapping them out.
I bought the matched key set from C.P. and swapped them all out. The same key blank fits all the locks on these trucks, so a good, old school...
I used 2 gaskets and the copper RTV sealer between them. Make shure all gasket surfaces are clean before assembly.

I got it through Dave's truck parts. The 235 fan is a little closer to the radiator, I couldn't even change the fan belt with the origional rad.,...
Got the new radiator in.......made me say very bad things. It hit the fan when I put it in. I moved the mounting rails to move it back through...
Ahh, grasshopper, you must make origional knob fit to shaft..........
