WOrks fine, as do all the sockets. All you need is bulbs, a runtz on the fuel guage and an IC64 coil from NAPA.

If you are rubbing the rim, not the center, then yes, a 16" should work. If you are rubbing the center section, you may need a spacer.
Look around at swap meets for 16" rims....they are out there. Just tell everyone what you are looking for and they will help you find them....
