Paul, it might be easier to adapt the Camaro cables to your truck instead I used a s-10 rearend in mine and I used the S-10 cables and reworked them to fit the truck

Driveshaft Mike, I put basically the same driveline as you in my 3600 and I used a driveshaft out of a early 90's regular cab Chevy pickup. Had to change the yoke to TH 350 yoke and it bolted in. Jim

Great job on the truck! I just got a set of latches from Russ and installed them in my 53 it is unbelievable how nice they work. The doors shut as nice as my 06 . You will be very pleased with them.
