OK, Got the truck tuned up and took it for its first good drive. I chirped the tires in both 2nd and 3rd. Just makes you feel so good about getting it tuned right. Just wanted to share it and see if anyone else gets excited about that. I'm kind of a weirdo

Tractor would be nice, than I could stop using my truck for working around the house. I rebuilt the 283. .040 over with roller cam and rocker, 600 cfm carb ( had to jet it way down) I have my new Distributer. Got it in the mail today. Should be running good here soon.

Drove from California to Oklahoma this last month. The 235 Pulled a 13X6 enclosed trailer with 4800Lbs. Total Weight was 10,000Lbs. Was a fun trip. Took some video. Not much to watch But Im sharing the trip. http://youtu.be/_cNYP2aY19Q

Cut and welded the side Spare mount. Made it work with a bed cover since it bolted to the top of the bed. Anyway here is some photos for anyone else looking to do so.

Installed a tonneau cover to cover my Goods on road trips. Tonneau is off a 73-87 chevy short step side.
