1-ton dana-70 re-install

after puting new hubs and drums and completely draining my 1-ton dana 70 full floater rear axle, do i only fill to recomended specs or do i put more as in the hubs to make sure everything is lubed? cant find info anywhere

and if known when tightening the outer nut is there a any type of torque spec?

any info would be greatly apreciated.
