I just bought a 1963 chevrolet short box and the gears are to tall and want to swap out either gears or rear end what would be easier? What rear ends would fit without any modifications. Thanks Jason

You can go up to 66 for a perfect match.
You can also go to 72 and it will all bolt in, but will be 3/4 wider per side which could require a different wheel backspacing.
This is with Chevy TRUCK rear ends only. GMC is leaf sprung through out the 60's and chevy trucks after 72.
