1987 Chevy R10 Stepside - Tail light help

I am replacing the rear tail lights on my stepside. I purchased the replacements from Classic and having a hard time getting them wired correctly. Can anyone tell me what wires go with what?

I have a Brown, Green and Yellow from the truck. I have a White, Red and brown from the lights. Just these 3 wires.
