'51 GMC Engine Paint Color

From what I can tell the engine in my '51 GMC was painted red or orange.

Does anyone know what the official colors should be and are there any spray can sources? (yes I know that doing a spray can paint job is less than perfect but I have limits to funds and teardown capability).
