53 Chevy truck weatherstrip channel

I have a 53 truck I am restoring and the weatherstrip channel is missing inside the cab that seal the doors. I have looked for this new and have not been able to find it. Does any one have a suggesting on where I can get one or does any one have one for sale

Is the correct name for it and yes , it works really well but , it also frays and gets severe wear spots in it rapidly , welcome to old tech vehicles .
