78 beast suspension is not level

I just purchased a '78 chevy c-10. It has been lowered 2" in the rear. The truck sites about .5" to 1" higher on the driver side. I would like to know if anyone would know why ,and how to fix it? Thank You.

Is it sagging in the front or rear?If its the front then you can just put in a rubber spacer to make up the difference.If it the rear you will need to locate either new springs or metal shims to bring the back up to level.

If the difference is in the front, as is the case with most of these old trucks, you may want to look at replacing your front coils entirely. Over time, motion from the engine torquing to the left has a way of wearing on the springs. Since the difference is on the driver's side, someone may have already attempted to remedy this situation by just replacing the driver's side coil. Also look for damaged sway bars.
