auto trans linkage

70 C20 - I'm replacing my 4spd muncie with a TH350 - got the transmission and the steering column, but don't have any idea what the linkage should look like. Anyone have a good picture of the linkage? Any ideas on where I can pick up all the pieces from column to trans?
