subject 1949 3/4 ton Chevy
On the drivers side on the top side of the axle housing there is a small cap about 1/2" in diameter; it is about half way between the brake drum and differential. I looked in the maintenance manual, but I couldn't find any reference to it. Any help would be appreciated.
