Cunifer (copper-nickel-steel) brake line has been discussed here before and is what many car companies, including safety concious Volvo, are now using. Doesn't rust and is MUCH easier to work with than stainless but has been quite pricey. Got the latest catalog from Northern Auto Parts and they have 25 ft rolls of 3/16 for $25 or a buck a foot. Summit is 1.50 and Auto Zone 1.80 a foot so it's getting reasonable compared to the $4 a ft when a place in the UK was the only source. 25 ft will easily do an AD truck.
