Brake line source

Cunifer (copper-nickel-steel) brake line has been discussed here before and is what many car companies, including safety concious Volvo, are now using. Doesn't rust and is MUCH easier to work with than stainless but has been quite pricey. Got the latest catalog from Northern Auto Parts and they have 25 ft rolls of 3/16 for $25 or a buck a foot. Summit is 1.50 and Auto Zone 1.80 a foot so it's getting reasonable compared to the $4 a ft when a place in the UK was the only source. 25 ft will easily do an AD truck. Got a different number for it, that number shows steel brake line. I'm interested in getting a roll. Thanks

I googled that part number and came up with steel tubing also. In the catalog I just got this week from NAP on the bottom of page 75 it has: Coils 25 Foot of Copperized Tubing. 3/16 #BLC 325, 1/4 #BLC425, 5/16 #BLC525, 3/8 #BLC825. They call theirs "copperized tubing" probably because "Cunifer" is a trademarked name. I may call them and see if it is equivalent to the Cunifer.
