cab floor supports

Need a little advice from some folks who have been there and done that. Getting ready to tackle the floor rust in my 65K10. It's really not too bad, just the usual spots, under the side vents, cab corners, and the rocker panels. However, even though the majority of the floor is solid, the four floor supports are just damn near ready to fall off on their own. It looks like someone did a good job repairing the floor many years ago but didn't replace the floor supports. I'm afraid that the four bolts that bolt to the cab are going to snap right off. Not the bolts that actually bolt the cab to the frame, but the four bolts on each floor support that bolt to the cab. I know they make supports that fit over the existing supports but I don't want to hide the rust, I want to fix it.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. I've got a full tank for the MIG and a new box of cutting wheels, I ready to get this sucker back on the road!
 
bk65- I hate to send you somewhere else but here is where you can get good oem type cab supports you wont be disappointed with. I wish I had found them when I did this job... I ended up fabricating my own. good luck.

THanks for the help. What I was really wanting to know (but didn't ask in my first post) was should I replace the supports first, then patch the other spots in the floor and rocker panel? Or should I do the rocker panels first?

I did the rockers first, because I wanted fit the other parts to the correct location of the rocker panel. Second, I did the floor so I could fit the cab supports flush with the repaired floor. Make any sense?

One other suggestion, before welding the rocker in tack it with the door on, sometimes when you start cutting sheetmetal off these cabs they spring. you don't want put the doors on later and find that you have huge gaps and cant adjust the door. I know people have told me that before cutting rockers off they come up with ways of supporting the existing situation to prevent the "spring effect". If you still have enough floor support, you should be okay.
