Door view mirrors

Has anyone used other than the original style mirrors with out having to modify doors that are already painted? I can't find any after market mirrors that has a base that will cover up the 3 screw holes in the driver's door. Passenger door doesn't have mirror holes, so no problem there. I would appreciate any come back.

I went with the stock arms and round mirrors on my trucks,just my
personable preference,but every thing out there after market wise
I have seen wouldnt cover the holes.everything seams to have a thinner horizontal mount,I am not much help but good luck with your truck!Allen
