I got the truck painted will get pics on soon. a couple problems one is the part that holds the door from opening to far is shot can anyone tell me what part it is and does anyone have one? the other is I got the original radio but no antana I seen some pics online with it on the passenger side and some on the drivers side right above the fender can anyone tell me which is correct and do I put the hole in my self?

lmc or any of the other vendors has the door check retainer, and the correct side for the radio antennae is the right side , you can drill a hole or buy with hole already in it. nice truck

Passenger side cowl extension, is the factory-correct location of the antenna. The door checks for the '60-'63 Chevy/GMC trucks are different than the door checks for the 4-5-6 Chevy/GMC trucks, so choose wisely. They are available from:
