electric radiatior fan hookup

does anyone no how to hook up the elctric fan for a 54 chevrolet radiator

The best way is to use a temp sensor...there are many kits out there, Hayden usually has one at your local parts store. Just wire up like the directions. You can also wire with a toggle switch and a relay, but you better remember to turn it on before meltdown.

I used a thermal switch that screws into the block. The electric fan is just for in-town cruising,but also connected a toggle switch so I could turn it off when the engine isn't running. Russ is right,remember to turn it ON when you start it up. Sorry if my post sounds confusing. I know what I mean LOL
