Emergency brake/rear end identification

I have a 1952 3100. Then "emergency brake" hardware is missing. Nothing from the brake pedal in the cab all the way back to the rear wheels. There is a stump of a cable that appears to have been cut off....

Here are some closer pics of where it enters the wheel....

Here is where it comes into the wheel....

I purchased a the following cable thinking it was what I needed...

Looking at what is still attached to the truck and what I received in the mail, I am thinking I didn't order the right part. Once inside the wheel, what hooks up to what?

Can anybody provide some assistance on what I need to do here?

Thank you!

Thanks Joe. I have ordered some parts and once they arrive, I will see if I have everything for the forward linkage. It's the rear linkage from the cross bar to the rear wheel that I am struggling with now. It appears that the axle is not from the truck. Now I need to find out where it came from so that I can buy the correct brake shoes, etc. Here are a few pics. Any ideas?

pull a rear wheel and brake drum to see if the rest of the parking brake hardware is in there? The cable should be attached to an arm on the back shoe with a support to the other shoe within one wheel. the brake hardware is the same for all the Bendix brakes up to about 1962.

That's what the third picture in my first post was. There was nothing inside the drum and hence my question. Some on another forum think the axle may have come from a 1970's vehicle.

This pic shows the install inside the wheel drum. I will take some more pics of my installation as I'm in that stage right now with my 55 1st Series...:D
