flywheel solution

hey folks, here's the deal, i have a 69 z28 enine bored stroked, all the goodies, i am sitting it in a 95 z71 4x4 pickup, the tranny is a nv3500 ( manual 5 speed ) the stock flywheel wont work with the older engine, will an older ( 69 - 70's ) manual tranny flywheel fix the problem? any advise is appreciated
