Well...today I spent 3 hours trying to fit a replacement front floor panel on the passenger side. I had already installed the kick panel, cab corner, cab corner supports, inner sill and sill. Every thing was still square so the next task was to trim and weld in the floor board panel. A "piece of cake" I thought. WRONG!
To make a long story short, the cab mount bolt hole (indented) was factory punched 1" off. Of couse, it took me a long while to figure that out. As I tried to line up the floor panel with the sill and kick panel it got very frustrating. Finally, I said screw it (not exactly in those words), and began a Bud Lite regimen. I finally got all things in line and will drill another cab mount hole when I recover. Beware of such things.
