Hi friends,
I got a '61 Chevy Apache and I started to restore it, it starts, runs, and drive (oh yeah!). The previous owner (owners) made the change to an alternator.
I already check the wiring of the alternator swap (disable regulator, re-wiring) and whole wire harness… everything looks good BUT the "generator light" is always on. I know that it's not going to work properly because was created to work with the generator and now is "reading" from the alternator
I hope you guys help me on what should I do make it work again or how to re-wire it make it functional
Thanks. V
