Glove door help

I rebuilting a 64 chevy truck and i'm install the glove box and door I can't see how to install the door. I think I need something. All I have is the door,with a little c shape spring on it. And the lock assembly and stuff. The problem is the door. Help please pics would be awesome.

It sounds like you don't have the hinge assembly which mounts the glove box door and the glove box. It attaches to the door opening in the dashboard with two screws on each side.

This is the bracket that you need to mount the glove box and the door.
