Now what ? I'm driving the rig and the left front suspension begins clicking.....

Now it needs ball joints ! I swear , this rig is going to make the next owner *very* happy ~ about all that's left is me to rebuild the tranny and paint it.... .

I've still not done the one job I bought if for ! .

That's just how it goes with these trucks. They are at the age that everything starts needing to be replaced all around the same time. Im trying to solve that problem with my gmc by just rebuilding the whole truck.

New Ball Joints !

I also discovered the LF shock absorber had failed , the ring at the top where the rubber bushing goes , was improperly welded and the weld failed .

Boy howdy does it ever feel tighter now ! . rides nice and smooth too .

How long before I have to dip into the tranny and prolly replace the clutch too ? .
